Can I personalize the Fam itinerary for each Advisor on my trip? Different Advisors are doing different things at certain times.

As a Fam host, you may have trips where different Advisors have activities scheduled at different times, so it makes sense you'd want to tailor the itinerary each Advisor in the FamGuru app receives to their specific activities.

Currently FamGuru does not have a way (yet) to personalize the itinerary to each Advisor on the trip.  We recognize the need for this and it's on our list for development.

For now, we can suggest two work-arounds:

Option 1 - the simple situation

Let's say one morning you have one group of Advisors going to the spa another group going skiing.

Do one entry as follows:  

• Time/Title: 9:00 AM / Skiing - Joy, Lauren, Tomas and Ana
• Provide description and details for these 4, where to be, what to do

Add a second entry as follows: 

• Time / Title: 9:00 AM - 12 PM / Spa (50 minute massages) - Elisa, Andrew and Julia
• Provide description and details for these 3. If they are at different times you could simply write them out in the description: 9:00 -  9:50 -  Elisa, 10:00 - 10:50 - Andrew, 11:00 - 11:50 - Julia

Both activities will show in the Advisor app, and each individual would see their name in the title of the relevant activity. 

Option 2: A more complex situation

If each Advisor's schedule is highly customized throughout the Fam and group activities will only be from time to time, we'd suggest putting the group activities into FamGuru as you normally would. Then for the time blocks where individuals are on their own unique schedules:

Create a placeholder activity like this:

• Time/Title: 9:00 AM - 12 PM / Individual activities
• Description: Each person has a different schedule this morning. Please consult your concierge itinerary for your individual schedule.
• This would require a separate personalized activity itinerary.
