Suppliers: Account Creation and Profile Set-up

1. Navigating to the Supplier Portal

To start, head over to the supplier website by entering the URL: web.famguru.app.

2. Creating an Account

  • Once you arrive at the login page, locate and click the Sign Up button.
  • Fill out the necessary fields, entering your name, email address, and a strong password.
  • After you've filled in all the information, hit the Sign Up button.

3. Entering Your Profile Information

You'll be directed to the FamGuru homepage. To access your profile:

  • Click on the account icon located on the upper right corner.

Here, you'll have sections to share:

  • General Information
  • Dietary Requirements
  • Professional Information

General Information:

  • Click Edit to modify the fields.
  • Fill in your details such as name, location, phone number, and more. For the Agency field, suppliers who are not advisors can enter their company name.
  • Fill in the Emergency Contact name and phone number fields as these might be required in the future.

Dietary Requirements:

  • Whether you're traveling on the trip or not, it's essential to share your dietary requirements.
  • Click Edit to modify your dietary preferences. You can specify if you have any dietary restrictions or be more specific about your preferences.

Professional Information:

  • This section is tailored more towards advisors, but as a supplier, you can share any relevant professional information or leave it blank.

4. Save Your Changes

After completing all sections, ensure you click the Save button for each section to ensure that all your changes are saved.
