Invited by a Host? Getting started with FamGuru for Hosted Trips

(If your host is not yet on FamGuru, you can still use FamGuru by uploading their itinerary. See our tutorial on Uploading and Creating your Trip with FamGuru's AI)

It's easy to get started!

1. Watch for your invitation email from your host. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk/promotions folder.
2. Create your FamGuru account using your business email. Download the free app from the App Store or Google Play OR sign up on the web at web.famguru.app. The app and website work together, so you can use either at any time.
3. Accept the trip invitation. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to view the itinerary and complete any required information.  If the trip doesn’t appear right away, use the invite code found in your invitation email (enter it on the home screen of the app or web).
4. Complete your requirements. In the trip, you may see requests for certain information from your host. Use the FamGuru app or web.famguru.app to share those details.

Before you travel:

Please fill in your FamGuru profile as fully as possible. This helps us customize your Fam experience and allows other suppliers to find you for future Fam invitations.
